In this phase, the trailer is assembled with the other components, such as brakes, lighting, hydraulic controls, electrics, or safety systems․ All of these elements have to be assembled per the relevant standards and regulations․
Once the trailer prototype has been manufactured, it is subjected to a series of tests aiming to ensure that all of the components function correctly and satisfy the quality requirements․ Endurance, brake, safety and other inspection testing is vital for ensuring the product’s quality․
